Description
Gas – 2/1 GN Gas Oven Without Trayand Container Body and panels are made of stainless steel. Can operate with LPG or natural gas. Burners are piloted, with safety valve and thermocouple. Oven burner is ignited, piloted, thermocoupled and thermostated. Gas is cut off if the flame goes out. Each burner operates independently from each other to provide heat economy.
