Thanks to the thermal system of the Casadio Undici A, the group provides a mechanical pre-brewing with a 2-second low pressure before receiving pressurized water. Thanks to this system, undesirable situations such as burning and changing the taste of your coffee are eliminated. E 61 group technology also has a double water circulation system (heat exchanger). This helps you to brew espresso with fresh water at all times.

In addition, in TC models, Undici A provides convenience for tall glasses and cups with its high chassis feature.

Thanks to the Casadio Undici A’s volumetric pump with quantity adjustment, each batch has 4 buttons to select the dosage setting and a start/stop button for manual brewing. This button is also used for group cleaning and preheating.

With two monometers that monitor both boiler pressure and the pressure of water, steam and espresso, the Casadio Undici A allows you to easily check machine operation and intervene in case of faults.
