Proven filter technology

It is based on proven technology from Hagesana. In the 2-split filter system, the solids are first pre-filtered by means of a fine filter (yield 20μ <) and then pumped. By this method a grease/oil lifetime acts directly to reduce costs. Furthermore, it also ensures a consistently high level of solid/liquid oil. Of course, it affects the quality and flavor of the baked goods.

The FK 20 is supplied with a variable transport container. It is a portable unit and can therefore be used flexibly.

Integrated filter technology

For a more efficient cleaning, the oil circulation procedures can be filtered inside the transport container. This filtration increases efficiency and provides cleaner oil. Recycle through the use of a 3-way check valve integrated system.
