The Casadio Undici from Gruppo Cimbali is a compact, aesthetic espresso coffee machine that is easy to maintain and use. One of the characteristic features of the Casadio Undici is the plexi-glass cover on the top of the machine and the accompanying button section equipped with LEDs. Both ergonomic and robust, the Casadio Undici S is made of durable and robust stainless steel.

The Gruppo Cimbali experience combined with Cassadio Undici’s high-performance and innovative thermal system ensures excellent quality in the cup. Thanks to the thermal system of the Casadio Undici S, the group provides a mechanical pre-brewing with a 2-second low pressure before receiving pressurized water. Thanks to this system, undesirable situations such as burning and changing the taste of your coffee are eliminated. E 61 group technology also has a double water circulation system (heat exchanger). This helps you to brew espresso with fresh water at all times.

Casadio Undici S is a high-performance Thermosyphon that easily adapts to intensive use conditions system allows you to get perfect results in the cup.

Casadio Undici S has one start/stop button. This button is also used for group cleaning and preheating.

With two monometers that monitor both boiler pressure and water, steam and espresso pressure, the Casadio Undici S allows you to easily check the machine operation and intervene in case of possible errors.
